Summer is on, but those fresh fall collections have already caught our eye. This time our favorite Greek girl Mary Katrantzou has surpassed herself , by presenting her fall collection Interior Lives , taking inspiration from architecture, interior design and art. Her background as an architect is evident, in a collection using elements of Bauhaus up to Victorian Era. Our favorite reference was the one to pointillism, a painting technique used by artists such as Paul Signac and Vincent van Gogh in the late 1880s , where forms and patterns are created using distinct dots of color. Glass beads created the effect and the result is spectacular! Well done Mary!
